Sustainability-Standards and Certifications are voluntary, with a third party-assessed, auditing council with norms and standards relating to organizational developments, environmental standards, social, safety issues, and performance of their organizations or products in specific areas.

Sustainability Standards is a supporting organizations to participate in Climate Neutral Now and receive recognition for their efforts through this initiative of the UNFCCC Secretariat that support the transition to climate neutrality needed to reach greenhouse gas (GHG) emission neutrality (i.e. climate neutrality), while also supporting the achieve- ment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to a Global Climate Neutral Society by 2050.
